Scary AF
The facility is poorly lit and full of barely human creatures who are infected with a deadly virus.
WARNING
You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe-lights, fog, uneven terrain, special effects, sudden actions, stairs, and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER if you suffer from severe asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory issues, or suffer from severe claustrophobia.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. Ticket holders understand that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. Details
This is a house of horrors and is designed to scare the pants off you. Please note there will be live actors, strobe lights, visual and auditory horror as well as mature themes. This experience is not an escape room, though it will contain some fun puzzle elements.
You may enter the facility as a group. Note that other groups will be touring Biolux Labs at the same time as you. The price you see listed is for one individual ticket.
We do not recommend this experience for children under the age of 16. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Security will be checking ID at the door.

There is nowhere in the experience to store your belongings.
There are no washrooms available once you have entered the facility.
Paid parking is available at George Brown College (south of Casa Loma off Macpherson Avenue).
This parking is closest to the entrance at Kendal Road. and Davenport Rd.
There is limited paid parking onsite at Casa Loma, subject to availability.
The facility contains three flights of stairs. Attendees may also need to crawl at times.
Strobe lights are used in this experience. Expect as well loud noises, flashing lights.
Service animals are not recommended for this experience.
Please note there are no wheelchair accessible washrooms available.
